Tunnell Trust award winners the Freeman String Quartet are a driven young ensemble formed in 2017 at the Royal Northern College of Music, where they have received coaching from some of the world's leading chamber musicians.  
In 2018 they were quartet in residence at the South Downs International Summer Festival, have performed at the Lake District International Music Festival and are currently the RNCM's Studio Quartet.
Music Nairn are grateful to the Tunnell Trust for sponsoring this performance.
