The Chloé piano Trio, Tunnell Trust Award Winners 2024/25, was formed in 2017 by talented emerging musicians from Romania and the Netherlands who met at the Royal College of Music. They previously were Kircham Trust Young Artists and winners of the Royal Philharmonic society Henderson Chamber Music Prize 2021. They have performed across the UK and abroad, and in 2023 performed in Wigmore Hall as finalists of the Parkhouse Award competition. In 2026 they will play Beethoven's Triple Concerto in the Netherlands, make two concert tours of Scotland and release their first CD.
The Trio's repertoire ranges from Baroque to newly commissioned works, and they are particularly interested in the works of women composers.
